About This Course

"Sanskar Yoga Kendra, We are in this field from last ten years. Myself completed Teacher Training Course of one year from 'YOG VIDYA NIKETAN' and after that I also completed 'YOG THERAPY and NATUROPATHY' from the same institute. Then started Yoga classes in lalbaug under Govt. body that is MAHARASHTRA LABOUR WELFARE FUND and also run yoga classes in MAHILA SANGH D' WARD. Before lockdown we run our offline Yoga classes in 1/D, Ghodapdeo,Mhada colony. But as per the current situation not possible to run offline Yoga classes so we are starting Online Yoga classes from April 2020 to the student. Some of our student join our online Yoga session from their villiage. You can go through our students reviews. As you know Health is Wealth."
