1. About Our Products
We manufacture and/or supply sports mats, gym mats, yoga mats, wrestling mats, martial arts mats, flooring products, and other related products as described on our website.
Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, texture, finish, or appearance due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing processes, and material batches.
Dimensions, thickness, weight, density, colours, and other specifications shall be as stated on the relevant product page or quotation.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, inadvertent errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify product specifications without prior notice.
Where a product is customized or manufactured according to specific customer requirements, the specifications approved by the customer shall prevail.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may or may not include GST, depending on how the price is displayed. Applicable GST and other statutory charges will be shown or communicated before order confirmation, where applicable.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for, except where required to correct an obvious pricing error.
4. Orders
Placing an order through the website does not automatically constitute acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify an order due to reasons including:
- Product availability;
- Incorrect pricing or product information;
- Insufficient stock or raw materials;
- Errors in the order details;
- Delivery limitations;
- Suspected fraudulent transactions; or
- Other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original or an appropriate payment method.
5. Customized and Made-to-Order Products
Certain sports mats may be manufactured according to the customer’s required dimensions, thickness, colour, design, branding, or other specifications, with a minimum order quantity as communicated to the customer.
Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has commenced, unless the product supplied is defective or materially different from the specifications approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking measurements, artwork, logos, colours, and other specifications before approving customized orders.
6. Product Inspection / Filtration
Product inspection, quality checking, sorting, filtration, or segregation of products (“Filtration”) shall be permitted only at the Supplier’s factory or dispatch premises owned or operated by the Company, incurring an additional product cost as mentioned by the Company.
The Customer, its representatives, agents, contractors, or any third party shall not be permitted to carry out Filtration, sorting, inspection, segregation, or rejection of products at the Customer’s premises, project site, warehouse, or any other third-party location unless expressly authorized by the Company in writing.
Where the Customer requires inspection or Filtration before dispatch, the same must be completed at the Company’s factory or Company-owned dispatch premises prior to shipment.
Any request for inspection, sorting, or Filtration after dispatch or delivery shall be subject to the Company’s prior written approval and may be subject to additional charges, transportation costs, handling charges, and other applicable expenses.
The Company reserves the right to reject any unauthorized Filtration, sorting, handling, or segregation activity carried out at locations other than the Company’s authorized premises. Any resulting costs, losses, damage, delays, or claims shall be borne by the Customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Payment
Payments may be made through the payment methods made available on the website or as otherwise agreed with the Company.
For certain bulk, customized, institutional, or commercial orders, a minimum of 50% advance payment may be required before production, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch.
Orders will generally be processed only after successful confirmation of payment or receipt of the agreed advance.
8. Delivery
We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery period communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Product availability;
- Product customization;
- Order quantity;
- Delivery location;
- Transportation availability;
- Weather or natural events; and
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.
For large or customized orders, delivery timelines will be communicated separately.
9. Shipping and Transportation
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be communicated or displayed before order confirmation.
The customer must provide accurate delivery details, including name, address, phone number, postal code, and other information required for successful delivery.
We shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Where applicable, the customer shall inspect the packaging and products upon delivery and report visible damage to the delivery company and to us promptly.
10. Inspection of Products
Customers are requested to inspect products immediately after delivery.
Any claim relating to:
- Shortage in quantity;
- Wrong product;
- Visible damage; or
- Obvious manufacturing defect
should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with photographs or videos showing the issue.
Claims reported after this period may be subject to further investigation and may not be accepted where the issue could reasonably have been identified upon delivery.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Standard products may be eligible for return or replacement subject to the conditions specified in the Return & Refund Policy.
Customized, personalized, cut-to-size, branded, or made-to-order products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or materially different from the approved specifications. Transportation damages are not considered defects; thus, returns are not acceptable.
Products must not have been installed, used, damaged, altered, or improperly handled to be considered for return.
12. Transportation, Transit Damage and Delivery Acceptance
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the risk associated with transportation and transit of the products shall pass to the Customer upon dispatch of the products from the Company’s factory, warehouse, or authorized dispatch premises.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, shortage, breakage, deformation, tearing, damage, deterioration, or other damage to the products occurring during transportation after dispatch, including damage caused by the transporter, carrier, loading, unloading, handling, road conditions, accidents, or other transit-related circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
The Customer shall be responsible for arranging or accepting transportation and shall accept delivery of the products transported to the designated delivery location, subject to verification of the quantity and apparent external condition of the consignment.
Where products are delivered through a transporter, the Customer shall promptly inspect the consignment upon delivery and, where applicable, record any visible damage or shortage on the transporter’s delivery receipt/Proof of Delivery (POD) and notify the transporter and the Company without undue delay.
Any claim relating to transit damage shall be raised with the transporter/carrier by the Customer, and the Company may, where reasonably required, provide supporting documents relating to dispatch.
The Customer shall not refuse to accept delivery solely on account of transit damage unless such refusal has been expressly authorized by the Company in writing. Any unauthorized refusal, rejection, return, or failure to accept delivery may result in additional transportation, storage, handling, or re-delivery charges being payable by the Customer.
This clause does not limit the Company’s responsibility for defects established to have existed prior to dispatch or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Warranty
Where a product carries a warranty, the applicable warranty period and conditions will be stated on the product page, invoice, quotation, or warranty document.
Warranty coverage generally applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Cuts, punctures, burns, or physical damage;
- Misuse or abuse;
- Improper installation;
- Improper cleaning or maintenance;
- Exposure to unsuitable chemicals;
- Damage caused by excessive heat, moisture, or sunlight where the product is not designed for such conditions;
- Unauthorized modification or repair; or

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the Company.
14. Installation
Where installation services are offered, the scope and charges will be communicated separately.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation area is suitable and accessible.
Any additional site preparation, civil work, flooring correction, removal of existing flooring, or other work outside the agreed installation scope may be charged separately.
15. Proper Use of Products
Sports mats must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided by the Company.
The customer is responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision, maintenance, cleaning, and safe use of the products.
